However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement, and the contract will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender. Derby Homes is an Arms Lengths Management Organisation (ALMO) responsible for the upkeep of approximately 13,500 council properties (houses, flats and bugalows) along with other council non-housing stock (e.g. certain public buildings, schools etc) and other stock for specialist housing groups. The right is reserved not to proceed or not to award a contract for this procurement. Neither the contracting authority nor any person on behalf of whom this procurement is undertaken is to be liable for any costs incurred by those expressing an interest or tendering for this contract.
