Manchester City Council, in conjunction with Manchester Health & Care Commissioning, Pennine Acute Hospital NHS Trust, Northern Care Alliance NHS Group, Manchester Foundation Trust, Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust and the North Manchester Local Care Organisation (LCO) have collectively come together to commission a master plan for the North Manchester General Hospital site in Crumpsall.
