Small Business Customer Perceptions of Tax Admin Burden
Notice Description
Bid for through the HMRC/DWP Research Framework. This research will explore the perceptions of small business customers around a range of tax related administrative tasks. The findings will be used to help HMRC develop and consider strategies to reduce or remove some of the perceived administrative burden and improve the experience of small business customers.
