As part of our Rehabilitation Transformation Plan, ELFT is seeking expressions of interest from providers to take over the day to day running of Cedar House and to support its transformation from an inpatient unit to a high quality supported placement, which provides rehabilitation, recovery and move-on support so that service users can successfully transition from hospital to community living.
