NOTE: This notice was updated on 03 July 2019 for the following reason: Dear All, Addendum Points; 1)Please be aware that the original valuation of this project was incorrect. It has now been amended and the new Estimated Value of Requirement has been placed at approximately PS600,000. 2)Some suppliers have been asked to provide an access code in order to be able to respond to this opportunity, this issue should now have been rectified. Once again, my sincere apologies for any confusion. Faithfully, The Procurement Team Imperial War Museums(Imperial War Museums (IWM) invites suitable expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced suppliers for the provision of Electrical and DC Lighting Replacement and Heating Upgrade works which will take place on board HMS Belfast which is permanently moored on the Thames. This project is for the upgrade of the electrical system, conversion of the existing DC lighting to AC lighting and replacement of the existing gas heating units with electric heating units. Although IWM will supply the successful tenderer with a detailed design, the successful tenderer will be responsible for full design, supply and installation of all things necessary to complete the scope of work.) Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
