The brief produced by Haringey Council was for the preparation of a mini masterplan for Clarendon Road South and a high level delivery plan for a new primary school in Wood Green. The purpose of the study is to develop a mini masterplan; identify the best location and delivery option for the primary school; consider co-location opportunities for the two community centres and day centre with other uses on the site and identify the preferred location for these spaces; review the employment/ light industrial uses and work with the stakeholders to identify opportunities for relocating these businesses to elsewhere in the growth area; review the road alignment; and review the opportunity for the provision of new homes. Additional information: The Council's Procurement procedures were carried out in order to request a minimum of 3 quotes to make the contract award. Seven practices were invited to tender of which five high quality tenders from architectural master planning teams were submitted. The contract was varied from PS58,000 to PS72,820.
