NOTE: This notice was updated on 25 April 2022 for the following reason: Closing Date incorrect(Independent Evaluator Requirements *Experience of working with major public or charitable sector funders, funded organisations, and other stakeholders, and managing the relationship between them *Knowledge of a full range of evaluation techniques, including quantitative and qualitative approaches and both short-term and long-term assessment techniques and the ability to provide counter-factual evidence *Experience of data collection, data analysis and reporting *Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal *An understanding of the issues and challenges faced by the construction sector *Experience of working in an inclusive manner *A strong awareness and understanding of, and a commitment to, ethics in evaluation and research *Ability to be responsive and flexible in order to achieve the outcomes required by CITB Please see Brief for more details) Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
