The Liverpool Accommodation Strategy is a high profile initiative to reform new and existing accommodation with care for vulnerable adults, particularly older people. The initial stage focussed upon an asset review and assessment of the need for accommodation over the next 5, 10 and 20 years. These further phases aim to develop the action plans to transform and personalise supported accommodation.
