Kensington and Chelsea Council are seeks to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Designer . To provide Design Services for the design of a new meanwhile park/open space at Cremorne Wharf, Chelsea. Please note this is a two-stage tender process. This stage is the Selection Questionnaire.
