Notice Description

The equipment is to provide a source of heating and cooling for thermal excitation of external prototypical ground heat exchangers for scientific research activities. This is to be done in a manner that allows a combination of equipment outlet temperature and heat transfer rate to be determined by the user along with the fluid flow rate in a closed hydronic circuit. The equipment will provide both automatic control, measurement and data logging functions Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
