Notice of award of an Excimer laser capable of generating UV generation (193 nm and 248 nm) at high power (>50 mJ per pulse) and operating at 1 - 20 Hz repetition rate. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
