The Rushcliffe Borough Council is currently conducting a public procurement process for the contract titled "Anti Peep Rails," which falls under the category of equipment for swimming pools. This tender is in the active stage and was published on 27th November 2018, with a submission deadline set for 7th December 2018. The works primarily involve retrofitting anti-peep rails to ensure privacy in 24 cubicles and four family units located in the East Midlands region of the United Kingdom. The contract's value is estimated at £11,000, and it will need to be executed in line with particular operational constraints due to facility opening hours.

This procurement presents a substantial opportunity for businesses specialising in locker and cubicle installation, particularly those capable of performing out-of-hours work to meet the council's requirements. Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) can leverage this contract, especially those experienced in similar retrofitting projects. Companies must ensure they can adhere to the specified installation restrictions, including site visits and waste removal, to effectively compete for this tender.
