Colleague Engagement - Health Education England

Notice Description

NHS Health Education England (HEE - the Commissioner) are commencing a tender for the provision of Colleague Engagement. Health Education England is seeking to partner with a provider to support each Lot to deliver two different elements of our listening activities. For Lot 1 the provider will need to provide the design, administration, technological support, reporting and insight for both surveys and will work closely with HEE's Data team and internal stakeholders to ensure that the survey and presentation of the results meets the needs of the organisation. For Lot 2 the provider will need to partner with HEE to establish greater insight into the experiences illustrated through the colleague survey (understanding the 'why') through holding an anonymous online conversation/engagement on key topics. The provider will be required to host the conversation, capture the insight and provide a report to HEE on the analysis, insight gained and recommendations which will supplement the survey reporting provided in Lot 1. This is an exciting opportunity to support Health Education England as this provision consists of the following lots where bidders can bid for one or both lots; Lot 1: We are HEE Annual Colleague Survey 2022 and pulse survey 2023 Lot 2: Online conversations/engagement The maximum financial envelope for this procurement exercise is PS49,000 Exclusive of Vat (PS24,500 per Lot ex Vat) . The contract period will be for one (1) year with no option to extend. The deadline for submission of completed ITQ submissions is 24th March 2022 at 12:00pm (midday). Late submissions will not be accepted therefore, please submit in good time prior to the deadline date and time. All communications should be made via the messaging function on the e-Tendering portal during the tender exercise. The Contracting Authority requests that all communications are channelled through the Atamis e-portal system and not with the Contracting Authority itself other than as expressly permitted within this ITQ.
