The provision of planned preventative and reactive maintenance and management of automatic doors/ vehicle barriers/ shutters/ bollards/ gates/ entry access/ turnstiles and all their related components across the Leeds Beckett University estate as detailed in the Service Information Document. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
