It has become increasingly important for the University to explore alternative avenues for its learning and development offerings. As part of this ambition the University has over the past few years developed programmes aimed at enhancing the leadership capabilities, knowledge and confidence of business owners/entrepreneurs of small to medium sized businesses within the local region. These programmes have had a positive significant impact on the leaders themselves, the growth of their businesses, and the local economy. Due to its success and the continued need for entrepreneurs to access knowledge and business growth expertise specific to the SME environment, the University is developing a further initiative - Unlocking Growth Potential within a budget of PS125k excluding VAT.
