Platform Housing have awarded our EPC Assessment Framework requirements to 5 Contractors. The Contractors will be required to deliver EPC's across the Platform stock holding area. Circa 200 EPC per month per Contractors to be completed. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
