***Modification of the Contract*** Contract Variation FM21131 001 has extended the contract term from the 31st March 2023 to 29th March 2024 and has increased the total contract value by PS835,150.00 excluding VAT. ** THIS TENDER IS NOW CLOSED ** The final date and time for the submission of bids is Tuesday, 6th July 2021 at 11:00 am. DO NOT apply directly to the buyer. All tender information MUST be submitted through the Delta eSourcing Portal. Brief Description of Requirement This work package is for a scheme administrator to provide support to the Wave 1 Project for the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF) Programme (herein referred to as 'Wave 1'). Wave 1 is around a PS160m England only project to support Registered Providers of social housing, including private and local authority providers, to improve the energy performance of their social housing stock as part of the Government's ambition to achieving its Net Zero Commitment by 2050. The Wave 1 SHDF funding will be delivered through local authorities in England. Please ensure you review all attached information to ensure a full understanding of this requirement. All attachments can be found with the Document Uploads tab within the Delta eSourcing Portal. This contract will be awarded based on the evaluation criteria set out in the MC document.
