The Commissioners are seeking to appoint a single provider onto a framework, from which the Police forces can call off contracts to meet its requirements and aspirations in regards to protecting and safeguarding vulnerable people. The framework is being tendered by the OJEU Light Touch Regime procedure above the threshold as guidance and counselling services.
