** THIS ADVERT IS FOR A MARKET ENGAGEMENT EVENT ** Wolverhampton CCG is seeking to commission a Community Dermatology Service that will play a key role in supporting Wolverhampton CCG in its strategy to optimise the value of referrals, improve patient experience and clinical outcomes for patients with a broad range of dermatological conditions. The Community Service will play a pivotal role in strengthening the dermatology offering in Wolverhampton, by building upon the existing dermatology landscape across primary, community and secondary care, building capacity and expertise within the community and diverting less complex activity away from the acute trusts. Thus improving access to secondary care for those patients requiring secondary care treatment and ensuring patients are seen in the right place by the right person at the right time. The Service will manage a broad range of dermatological conditions and support the development of sustainable care pathways, which are cost-effective, high quality and responsive to local need utilising evidence based practice and innovative solutions. The Community Dermatology Service will provide a consultant-led service with timely assessment, diagnosis and treatment of the full range of dermatological diseases, ensuring services are safe, sustainable and high quality, delivered from a range of community based locations across the City. The Provider will form strong working relationships across primary, community and secondary care services to ensure the patient pathway is seamless and patient experience/outcomes are at the heart of service delivery. This notice intends to identify suppliers who would like to express an interest in providing this service and to invite all interested parties to attend a Market Engagement Event. The event details are as follows: Date: Wednesday 20th March 2019 Venue: Wolverhampton CCG Offices, Wolverhampton Science Park, Marston Room, Technology Centre, Glaisher Drive, Wolverhampton, WV10 9RU Time: 1pm - 3pm Tea and Coffee will be provided.
