Notice Description

The University is aiming to monetize a revenue stream where a company will purchase all or a portion of a drug royalty in exchange for cash advances. In order to protect the University's position and interest in this asset, specialist monetisation services are required to assist with monetisation process which will secure the best monetization deal. This procurement is for a single monetisation process from inception to closing the final deal. The monetisation sale can be managed from any location worldwide. Receipt of the Invitation to Tender is subject to the supplier signing the Confidential Disclosure Agreement attached 'Rubraca monetization CDA 2 party'. This must be signed by a duly authorised person and submitted to the university with your expression of interest request as either a 'Private Attachment' on your Vendor Profile or email to neil.addison@ncl.ac.uk. The university will not issue the Invitation to Tender to the supplier until this is completed
