The scheme comprises of: Building 10 flats created from the semi-basement areas of 3 of the existing blocks Associated reconfiguration of the existing ramps to make them wheelchair compliant (6 out of the 10 new flats will be wheelchair adapted) Landscaping to the areas surrounding the blocks and courtyards and, The creation of a temporary Tenants Hall.
