Summary of the contracting process

The Liverpool City Council, along with Wirral Council, Sefton Council, and St Helen's Council, is planning to commission a Stock Condition Report, focusing on understanding private sector housing conditions within their local authority areas in the North West region of the United Kingdom. The engagement end date for this planning stage is set for April 28th, 2023.

This tender for the Stock Condition Report presents an opportunity for businesses involved in housing services, particularly those with expertise in conducting house condition surveys. Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) would be well-suited to compete in this tender, given its focus on gaining an up-to-date understanding of housing conditions to address issues of concern as mandated by the Housing Act 2004.
