In this context 'remaking the river wye' means taking the river out of the culverts which are under Oxford Road and bringing the river back to the surface in a linear landscaped corridor from Westbourne Street to Archway roundabout Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
