To develop the Compliance Accelerator to reflect Essex County Councils requirements and provide an annual support service. The Compliance Accelerator provides the following: * Supports formal enquiries from the general public (e.g. FOI, GDPR, Subject Access Requests), managing and automating the process * Access real-time reports which help identify when you may be nearing breach * Enhances levels of compliance with GDPR and FOI regulations * Guide users through individual rights requests, with automated prompts when deadlines approach
