Notice Description

Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (BTHFT, "the Authority") is issuing this invitation to tender ("ITT") in connection with the competitive procurement of AV Equipment for the Sovereign Lecture Theatre at Bradford Royal Infirmary. Specifically, we require full replacement of the kit along with installation and setup, and 5 year support and maintenance for the kit. This project is time-sensitive as we have the Sovereign Lecture Theatre booked out for this work for the week commencing 7th March 2020. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
