Notice Description

NHS Arden & Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit (AGCSU) on behalf of NHS England West Midlands and NHS Coventry & Rugby CCG would like to invite potential Providers to attend a Market Engagement Event which will inform the market of the intention to procure APMS Services for Specialist GP Services for Homeless and Vulnerably Housed & Refugees and Asylum Seekers in Coventry. There is also potential for this service to be expanded to include a provision within Rugby during the life of the contract. AGCSU is managing this Procurement in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (the 'Regulations'). As a result of this procurement exercise an agreement will be established with the successful Bidder for a period of 4 years and 11 months, with a service commencement date of 1 April 2018. TUPE will be applicable to this contract. The Market Engagement Event will take place at 12.00 noon to 2.00pm on Wednesday 12 September 2018 at Warwick Road United Reformed Church, 10 Warwick Row, Coventry, CV1 1EX. http://warwickroadurc.org.uk/. If you would like to attend the market engagement event then please complete the expression of interest on the Arden & GEM CSU procurement Portal - pqq_497 https://ardengemcsu.bravosolution.co.uk. The Market Engagement event will give Providers; * An overview of Service to be provided * Provide details of the contract type, length and particular conditions * Explain the procurement process and the anticipated timelines Bidders are also asked to complete a market engagement questionnaire that is being run through the e-tendering portal. Places are strictly limited therefore reservations are restricted to no more than 2 persons per organisation. The deadline for expressing an interest in attending the event and completing the market engagement questions is 2.00pm on 11 September 2018. This procurement will follow an open process consisting of a single ITT stage. And the ITT documentation will be available through the Arden & GEM CSU procurement portal from 17 September 2018 for all completed ITT bids to be submitted by 10.00 am on 22 October 2018.
