1617BT24 Making Tax Digital: Exploring Agent's views on MTD and the Single Financial Account
Notice Description
Qualitative research to better understand the challenges and opportunities available to tax agents in supporting their clients to transition to Making Tax Digital for businesses (MTDfB) and how other aspects of HMRC's digital transformation, namely the Single Financial Account (SFA) might affect the future role of agents. The project will comprise of face to face in depth interviews with 40 tax agents and four focus groups. Additional information: this contract was let under the DWP Social and Economic Research Framework (2013).
