Non Award of the Contract for Housing Transfer Environmental Liability Insurance policy for One Manchester Ltd only, for the City South Manchester housing transfer property from 03.06.2018 for 10 years until 02.06.2028. This tender was open to: Insurance companies authorised under the Insurance Companies Act 1982, authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, or authorised and regulated by EU member states' equivalent legislation; able to write the classes of business set out in this notice; and credit and financial strength rating by Standard & Poor's (or equivalent) of 'A'. Confidential Information will be made available to all qualifying prospective tenderers. Time limit for receipt of requests for documents was 04.05.2018. PLEASE NOTE - THIS CONTRACT WAS NOT AWARDED TO ANY SUPPLIER FOR REASONS OTHER THAN THE QUALITY OF TENDER SUBMISSIONS RECEIVED.
