The Northampton General Hospital NHS Trust (NGH) are looking to identify a supplier for the Transport of Stillbirths and Non-Viable Foetuses Project NGH. Foetal and neonatal autopsies are not performed at NGH but are instead transferred to the John Radcliffe Hospital Oxford, where the autopsies are performed by a specialist paediatric pathologist. It is essential that the bodies are both collected and returned in a caring and sympathetic manner and that all possible steps are taken to preserve dignity.
