Purchase of Flights to Africa
Notice Description
Bolsover District Council have procured Africa Wild Trails Ltd to deliver a 10 day overseas expedition in October 2019 for twenty-four 14-16 year olds; this will be a wilderness experience for local individuals within the Bolsover District. As part of this initiative Bolsover District Council are seeking quotes for flights to Durban, South Africa for 32 people for a duration of 9 nights. The 32 individuals will consist of 24 under 16 years of age and the remainder will be adults. The departure date will be on or around Monday 21st October 2019 (this could be one or two days after this). Additional information: The Authority is using the In-tend e-tendering portal to conduct the procurement process ("the e-Tendering Portal"). The e-Tendering Portal can be accessed. https://in-tendhost.co.uk/Bolsoverdc all communications (including submission of Tenders) should be carried out via the e-Tendering Portal.
