Text to be corrected in the original notice: Place of text to be modified: Date amended Instead of: 10 December 2019 Time: 17:00 Read New: 13 December 2019 Time: 12:00 Other additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. The Trust is currently out to tender to procure a development team to design, build and fund the shell & core construction of the triangular site. It is anticipated the shell & core development team appointment will be in place by April 2020. The Trust is now seeking to appoint a Multi-Disciplinary Design Team (the "MDT") to progress the Fit-Out Design of the shell & core building being developed on the triangular site from RIBA Stage 3 to 7.
