Crawley Borough Council - Retail, Commercial Leisure & Town Centre Needs Assessment
Notice Description
Crawley Borough Council is inviting tenders from suitably qualified and experienced organisations to undertake a Retail, Commercial Leisure and Town Centre Neighbourhood Needs Assessment for the Crawley borough. The study will inform the policies of the Local Plan Review, which will cover the Plan period 2020 to 2035. The Council is procuring this contract following an open local tender process. The duration of the Contract is anticipated to take four months in total. It is anticipated that the contract will commence in July 2019. The Council intends to award the Contract to one organisation. Additional information: This tender is to be completed electronically using the SE Shared Services Procurement eSourcing portal. https://www.sesharedservices.org.uk/esourcing/opportunities The SE Shared Services eSourcing portal provides a web-based tool that provides a simple, secure and efficient means for managing tendering and quotation activities reducing the time and effort required for both buyers and Potential Bidders. The portal allows for tender clarifications and submitting your bid electronically. In order to bid for this opportunity you will need to register your company on the SE Shared Services portal.
