WFD is looking to procure expertise to assist with the analysis and development of it's Microsoft SharePoint Online system. This procurement comprises two components: SharePoint Systems analysis - WFD requires a SharePoint Systems Analyst to assess the current SharePoint configuration and provide specific recommendations as to how to modify and simplify the workflow and architecture of the sites, including any integration with the CRM system, Financial Management system and HR system where possible. SharePoint development and ongoing ad-hoc SharePoint support - Subject to WFD's acceptance of the recommendations, build the solution specified in point 1 and provide ongoing development of the system, on a non-exclusive basis, as required throughout the duration of the contract.
