Market Engagement - Non-Emergency Patient Transport Services (NEPTS) for NHS Herts Valleys (HVCCG), NHS East and North Hertfordshire (ENHCCG) and NHS West Essex (WECCG) Clinical Commissioning Groups NHS Arden & Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit (AGCSU) on behalf of the Commissioners, NHS Herts Valleys Clinical Commissioning Group (HVCCG) (Lead Commissioner), NHS East and North Hertfordshire Clinical Commissioning Group (ENHCCG) and NHS West Essex Clinical Commissioning Group (WECCG), as part of the Hertfordshire and West Essex Integrated Care System (ICS) and collectively referred to as "the Commissioners", would like to invite interested Providers, to take part in a market engagement process. This process will further inform an anticipated contract offer and associated procurement process to cover NEPTS for the entire Hertfordshire and West Essex Integrated Care System. Following the market engagement exercise held in Autumn / Winter 2021 the Commissioners are seeking to engage with the marketplace to seek feedback on the proposed contract and procurement structure(s), including Bidding requirements, and to investigate market development requirements, if any. To allow for an appropriate commissioning, procurement, and mobilisation process (following the feedback gained during the previous market engagement), the Commissioners are seeking to undertake a tendering exercise commencing in June 2022. With a view to awarding a contract in March/ April 2023 to allow for a potential 12 month mobilisation period following on from Contract Award. Note that this has not been finalised due to seeking feedback via this engagement. This engagement is taking place via completion of a form on Microsoft Forms. The information provided will be kept confidential where possible. However, if information is gained that results in changes made to the draft service specification, performance metrics, other contract documentation or any of the associated tender documentation, then an audit trail that may detail the Provider could be deemed releasable under the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act or any other applicable request mechanisms for the NHS. If you have not already done so and would like to informally register your interest in the procurement process and be added to a delegate list whom courtesy emails will be sent with updates on the procurement, then please complete the relevant questions on the form linked below.
