Notice Description

HMRC's Customer Insight & Design Directorate (CIDD) leads HMRC's service design capability and exists to deliver and apply good customer insight into the ongoing optimisation and improvement of live services. CIDD's Customer Lab is an internal social and market research delivery function that provides small-medium scale research to support that work. The Lab is owned and run by the Behaviour, Insight & Research team. In 2021 CIDD's two existing Customer Labs, in Shipley and Canary Wharf, will be moved to Salford and Stratford respectively. HMRC required a technical specialist to lead the decommissioning of the existing Labs and the transferral, procurement and installation of Lab technology to Stratford and Salford.
