Summary of the contracting process

The Sunderland City Council is actively seeking consultancy support for a project titled "Contaminated Land Consultancy Support" in the environmental engineering sector. This open procurement process aims to obtain expert advice on assessing contaminated land, particularly concerning its suitability for proposed uses and its associated risks. The tender period concluded on 27th June 2019, with the contract set to commence on 2nd July 2019 and last until 30th June 2022. Relevant suppliers are tasked with providing essential assessments primarily related to development management, with the project based in the North East region of the United Kingdom.

This opportunity presents significant potential for growth, particularly for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) that specialise in environmental consultancy services.
