The London Borough of Barnet seeks to procure a contractor to deliver Action for Silk Stream Main Contractor Works - Flood Risk and Landscaping Scheme in Lot 1 - Watling Park HA8 0RW in Barnet for London Borough of Barnet and Lot 2 - Chandos Recreation Ground HA8 6JD in Harrow for London Borough of Harrow. Bids may be for one or all Lots. Each Lot Contract is for a fixed period of 9 months, with an optional extension of further 6 months subject to performance and budget. These contracts will be subject to break clauses and rectification delivery period. Full requirement details are within the tender documents which are to be accessed from procurement portal www.barnetsourcing.co.uk current opportunities. Should technical difficulties be experienced when accessing the portal please contact support@curtisfitchglobal.com explaining these and that they relate to this opportunity Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. This notice applies to the award of Lot 1 Watling Park, Barnet. A separate notice will be issued by Harrow Council in relation to Chandos Park (lot 2).
