DIO RD recognises the need for a specialist SFM Centre of Excellence. This is needed by DIO RD to develop and grow SFM capability and support our customer's evolving SFM needs. This team is in the process of being recruited and how this new team works within RD, with the regional teams, Commercial, Finance and customers etc. needs to be developed and defined. SFM technical service support is required to provide proposals for this organisation design and for the development of SFM strategies which will deliver aligned positive outcomes for DIO RD, Top Level Budget Customers and Suppliers.
