** Please note this is not call for competition** This is a PIN for an event. UK Research and Innovation have a requirement to procure the research project Evaluation of the Industrial Strategy Challenge Fund (ISCF). The aim of the evaluation is to build an evidence base with which to judge the success and overall impact of the ISCF in order to inform ongoing and future improvements to the ISCF to maximise the value of public funding; to demonstrate the return on investment to taxpayers and build the evidence base on the impact of mission-oriented and Challenge-focused R&I support as part of UKRI's wider efforts to understand 'what works' in R&I policy and delivery. The evaluation will consists of both impact and process evaluation, drawing on the existing evaluation evidence available from the individual programmes within the overall ISCF Fund as well as additional evidence gathering as required. This evaluation will be procured through the Open OJEU and is anticipated to commence October 2020 through to December 2024. The deliverables in sequential order include: an evaluation framework (early 2021), baseline report (summer 2021), review of existing evaluation data at programme level reports (three report between 2022 and 2024) and impact and process evaluation reports (by end of 2024). The overall indicative budget is PS500K (excl. VAT) with a possible maximum budget of PS750K (excl VAT). We would like to invite prospective bidders to attend a pre-market engagement session on Wednesday, 24th June 2020 at 2pm - 4pm via Zoom. The agenda for the day is as follows: * Introductions, * Overview of the ISCF, * Evaluation expectations,* Procurement overview, * Discussion / Q&A Additional information: A pre-market engagement session will be held on Wednesday, 24th June 2020 at 2pm - 4pm via Zoom. This will provide an opportunity for potential providers to find out more about the aims of the procurement and the process. Providers wishing to attend need to RSVP by Monday, 22nd June 2020 at 14.00 stating their name,company and email.
