Notice Description
East Sussex County Council (ESCC) currently provide cleaning services to 87 schools and in excess of 70 corporate sites across the County, through a contract with a third-party supplier which is managed by Property Services. The combined value is approximately PS3.7m per annum. This contract was transferred to Churchill Cleaning Services through a framework from Kent County Council.
