Notice Description

Nuneaton & Bedworth Borough Council as the LEAD Authority are tendering to commission a DFG Major Works, Property Extensions and Garage Conversions (and associated Works) Framework Agreement for the HEART partnership. HEART is an abbreviation of the Home Environment Assessment and Response Team. Services under the Framework Agreement for DFG Major Works are to include but not be limited to: - Arranging and undertaking visits to residential properties to survey; - Measurements to be applied to the schedule of works to provide a quote; - Works - Property Extensions (Single & Double storey) under the DFG (Disability Funded Grant) scheme; - Works - Garage Conversions under the DFG (Disability Funded Grant) scheme; - Associated major building works under the DFG (Disability Funded Grant) scheme The Works under the framework agreement are of an ad-hoc and responsive nature. Continuity of work cannot be guaranteed. Furthermore, no specific value of works can be guaranteed under this framework agreement or number of orders to be raised. No subsequent claim for loss of profit or earnings will be entertained.
