LFHA-LFPS have asked consultant to undertake an options appraisal for pepper hills site in north Leeds. Following completion of the options appraisal process, should a preferred option to be taken forward to detailed feasibility stage. Client and consultant will need to agree appropriate scope of works and professional fees for that stages of works.
