Multi-stage Competitive Dialogue procedure. Competitive Dialogue Procedure experienced tendering difficulties after the Dialogue phase of the procurement exercise, as such a Mini- Competition process was established between the 2 remaining participants in the Competitive Dialogue to enable final tendering.
