Provision of Rating Valuation Services
Notice Description
Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council is seeking quotations for the provision of Rating Valuation Services . All Rateable Values (RV's) for non-domestic properties owned/occupied by Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council need to be analysed and if appropriate, appealed to ensure an accurate and minimised liability for the Council. The work is to be undertaken by suitably qualified Rating Surveyors. Additional information: All documentation for this opportunity is available from the NEPO website: www.nepo.org. Once expressions of interest have been received you will have immediate access to documentation via "Activities" submissions must be received before 12:00:00 Noon on Wednesday, 1 March 2017.
