The supplier will be responsible for delivering a programme of escalator replacements and refurbishments including design and manufacture as well as the planned and reactive maintenance of these escalators for the initial term of 16 years, with the option to extend by further periods of up to 3 years, and with a maximum total duration of 19 years.
