***THIS IS NOT A CALL FOR COMPETITION**** This contract has been awarded against Crown Commercial Services Research Marketplace DPS. The research aims to address an evidence gap crucial to help smooth the transition to Net Zero, by minimising its potential negative impacts and maximising its opportunities on local economies. By establishing a methodological approach to understanding the risks and opportunities at the regional level, the research will play a key role in informing policy development both at the national and local level.
