Notice Description

Leicester City Council invites proposals from suitably qualified full service creative design, marketing, media buying and PR agencies to develop a strategic marketing and media plan to increase the number of visitors, dwell time and spend in Leicester to support different business sectors.. The marketing initiatives will be targeted to Leicester businesses, residents and visitors to communicate a safe Welcome Back message to continue to build on the economic recovery of Leicester City Centre and neighbourhoods within the boundary of Leicester (Section 3 provides the detail of the neighbourhoods) post Covid restrictions. The Authority wishes to ensure that its procurement opportunities are open to small and micro local enterprises and voluntary and community sector organisations as it appreciates the very important role they play in the local economy. Tenders from these organisations are particularly welcomed.
