Summary of the contracting process

The Defra Network eTendering Portal is conducting an open tender for the Animal Health & Welfare Project, specifically targeting Lot 1: Bovine Viral Diarrhoea (BVD). This project aims to enhance farm productivity in England by reducing BVD levels in cattle. This is set out in two distinct lots of work: * Lot 1 Bovine Viral Diarrhoea (BVD) - to achieve a reduction in the level of Bovine Viral Diarrhoea (BVD) in cattle. The duration of this contract will be for 3 years plus 6 months reporting, a total of 3 1/2 years.
