The Councils are also the focus for housing and commercial growth across the Greater Norwich sub-region. The successful consultant will, therefore, through the production of a design code and assessment framework, have a great opportunity to help improve and enhance the area through creating healthier and more sustainable neighbourhoods as part of the delivery of this planned growth.
