Event Production Management Services for a fixed 3-year period commencing April 2026, with the option to extend for up to a further 2 years on an annual basis, subject to satisfactory performance. Tenders will only be accepted from contractors able to confirm their annual attendance of the event delivery dates (a pattern of annual dates) . Event dates have an annual regularity and those for 2026 are: April - Business Network Event First Friday in June - Pride First Sunday in June - Big Lunch First Sunday in June to First Sunday in September - Music in the Park Last Night at the Proms - Second Saturday in September Last Saturday in July - Canal Festival Last weekend of November - Christmas Lights Switch On TBC - Decided annually, a limited number of small ad hoc events as identified. Availability to respond to additional production management services that fall outside of the core event programme as listed above. Provide detailed evidence of the qualifications you hold to include most, or all listed below: Membership of NOEA (National Outdoor Events Association), or equivalent associations, Diploma or above in relevant industry subjects, Health and Safety Qualification - levels 5 or above in relevant industry subjects, First Aid Crowd Management Any other industry relevant qualifications and/or training.
